TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: buying from Boaline means that you red and agreed to all the
following terms
The animals are reproduced by Boaline and are guaranteed healthy, perfectly
eating (means at least 5 consecutive meals), if not eating it will be specified
and correctly sexed if possible. Only some species are sold unsexed until they
reach an age where the sex is certain. La Boaline guarantees detailed
information on each animal.
Reservations are possible for the animals of the “availability” section with a
25% deposit. This is not refundable however if Boaline for any reason is no
longer able to provide the animal(s) the deposit will be promptly returned.
Snakes are entered in the “availability” pages after their first shed but they
can leave Boaline facility only when “well-started”. For this reason reserved
animals may be ready to leave the facility with different waiting times not
depending from Boaline. In case of long waiting times Boaline will take care to
inform the customer. Once a reserved animal is ready to go the customer has to
buy it within 2 month or the deposit will be lost and no further claim can be
made.
The purchase can be made on the site and collected directly from Boaline (by
appointment), on the occasion of the main national and international fairs in
which we will participate, or with direct delivery of the order along the route
to go to the fairs.
Microchip identification implant upon request for 30,00€(euro) per animal.
All orders must be paid in full at time of pick-up/delivery/shipment. Boaline
accepts the following paying methods: cash, postal money order, bank transfer,
paypal.
